5. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are also not liable for the performance of third-party platforms used during the provision of Services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches a material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
• Upon termination, the client will settle any outstanding payments for Services rendered.
